Menu of Support Options
As a full service software vendor, CK Software offers several avenues of obtaining support for your implementation of CK Software products.

These include support from our Technical Support staff, on-line support in the form of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) pages on each of our products, and finally, live support available through your GoldMine solutions partner, who is a member of our Dealer Channel, and/or on a per event basis, directly from our CK Software Technical Support Team.

All BounceLinker end users are welcome to email our CK Software technical Support Team at: support at bouncelinker dot com..  All other email support needs should be directed to support at ck-soft dot com. Responses are usually within 24-48 hours. All support questions that may be resolved by email are free of charge.

Live Support for CK Software Products
We encourage all end users to contact their GoldMine solutions partner as the first line of live support for CK Software Products. Our dealer channel is well training in the use of all of our products. For users who do are not currently using a GoldMine solutions partner, please see our list of Certified CK Software Dealers.

We are aware that there are circumstances when technical support may not be available from a dealer and the need is immediate. This is also true of users who do not have a GoldMine solutions partner. We do provide one free direct technical support call to all end users, as part of the software package. Further support calls are categorized into Standard and Advanced Event Support calls and billed as outlined below.
 

Standard Event Support Call
Support calls involving questions of initial installation, general set-up and configuration are considered to be Standard Event calls. Standard Event Support Calls are billed at a fee of $35 per event. Virtually all support issues on this level can be resolved in one phone call, so most of them will be resolved quickly.

Advanced Event Support Call
All calls concerning advanced product functions are considered an Advanced Event call. Advanced Event Support Calls are billed at a fee of $65 per event. In rare circumstances, these cases may require a call back. There is no extra charge for call backs on the same event.

All support event calls require official registration of the software and identification of the GoldMine solutions partner, if you have one.

Implied General Release
You agree to release CK Software to publish the content of all support calls that you initiate, without identification of your name or company. No one will be identified when we publish call subjects and resolutions. Such calls may be included in our published FAQ's, on-line knowledge base or in Newsletters that may be distributed to the general public.
