The inner company DNC List created by BounceLinker can be processed with other 3rd party tools like InaPlex DNC Manager, making a comprehensive manager for the DNC List as well as the crucial on-going permission marketing. 

Adhering to the requirements can be complex. The Federal Government will provide list list of phone numbers that have registered. Businesses are REQUIRED to validate their databases against this list at least every three months. In addition, companies have to maintain internal DNC lists of consumers that have asked them to call; many companies are now moving to a "permission marketing" model, where they ask consumers for permission before contacting.


There are exemptions to the national DNC register:
  •  if a consumer makes a marketing enquiry, they can be called for three months
  •  if there is an established business relationship, they can be called for 18 months from last transaction

There are a number of steps that companies must take to ensure that they have a "safe harbor" for honest mistakes. Principal amongst these is full audit trails, to display that all reasonable measures have been taken to ensure that the databases are accurate.
