for GoldMine® unveils an entire platform for DNC Phone Scrub
that can be custom fit directly into your business data management strategy.
GoldBox provides direct scrubbing with preview, phone offsetting, integrated
field flagging for scrubbed numbers - and the ability to provide live, instant scrubbing
as a user is creating a new Main Contact. Other operations, such as
Group Building, can automatically follow the results of a phone scrub.
Includes the scrubbing of all GoldMine phones, faxes and the Personal Rolodex.
Can be used to 'prime' GoldMine's powerful record-typing feature for Main
Contacts.

for scrubbing phones and faxes in GoldMine:
- Run all numbers in GoldMine
against a DNC List and create a Scrub Preview table.
- Choose to offset scrubbed
numbers with a custom 2-letter code, or blank out the scrubbed
numbers in GoldMine.
- Perform live, interactive
scrubbing for New Main Contacts, and get an interactive scrub
indicator when a Main Phone or Fax is modified.
- Replace Phone Extensions with a
scrub indicator, or any user-defined fields.
- Tie in GoldMine's powerful
Record Typing logic based on scrub indicators. Retrieve the
indicators live, on the current record, and also in global
batch operations.
- Combine DNC Phone Scrub in
GoldBox with results supplied by other products, such as those
provided by BounceLinker...
- Combine scrubbing with other
indicators or totals found in Tab tables.
- Create a Permissions and Totals
screen and have GoldBox populate all values.
