BounceLinker isn't just for bounces
anymore. It is a completely customizable tool for collecting return
emails - whether they are bounces, remove requests, opt-in's and opt-out's
from permission marketing campaigns, product inquiries, or any set of
emails that you would like to group and use to update records in GoldMine.
Let's say you do a marketing email to your
prospects asking if they are interested in your product, Widget2000.
Anyone responding to your campaign that requests more information about
the Widget2000 needs to be stepped up to the next level of attention for
your sales team.
You can easily create a custom folder
within the BounceLinker folder structure in your GoldMine email center and
file those product responses to that folder. Then just tell BounceLinker
what to do:
- Update a key field to indicate that
these are hot prospects
- Update another key field to indicate
the product that they are interested in
- Schedule a follow-up by a sales person
- Add a contact merge code and an email
merge code so these contacts are included on future marketing mailings
- Remove these contacts from your
inner-company DNC List
